When will Little Lord Pissypants' poll numbers SURGE to 35%? |
|
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/02/27/opinion/polls/main1350874.shtml(CBS) The latest CBS News poll finds President Bush's approval rating has fallen to an all-time low of 34 percent, while pessimism about the Iraq war has risen to a new high.

5. "an all-time low of 34 percent" is still 30% too high. |
|
I'd be comfortable with a 4% margin of error.

11. How about 134% too high... |
|
Edited on Mon Feb-27-06 07:07 PM by neoblues
an approval rating of a perfect negative 100% (or even greater) would be most appropriate (even if it's off the scale and mathematically impossible under the current poll design).
Edit: my math is so good... negative 135%... eh?

|
he is moving up--Howard Dean how do you explain the surge in the president's approval rating?"

10. I love it when his numbers 'Surge' that way... |
|
Surging in the proper direction--downhill. Isn't it amazing.
Though, it is still astonishing... that a third of the people still either give him their approval or at least don't indicate their disapproval.
After Bush, can any leader ever be found wanting again? After this experience, I'll probably never really be as deeply offended at any politician again... knock, knock--on wood... in the hopes that we never see another even approaching half as bad as Shrub. If the man(-boy) who holds the office of the Presidency really ever realizes how bad, how wrong, how awful, how hurful, how destructive, how stupid, how misguided, how evil... even how murderous he has really been... and if he had even a modest conscience... he'd be tormented the rest of his days (how could he live with himself?). If he also then came to increase his courage by an order of magnitude--he'd promptly make the world a better place and take the coward's way out (not that I really think that making and implementing a rational decision to end one's life under certain circumstances is necessarily cowardice--in his case it would be). Indeed, that he doesn't immediately resign the office shows that (a) he's out of touch with reality, (b) has not the slightest sense of conscience or ethical respect for others, and (c) is a coward.

12. And remember, folks are drawing this conclusion all on their own |
|
The media never tires of its pleasing little story that Little Lord Pissypants is a likable guy you'd want to have a beer with, or that he's a good Christian man with folksy charm.
In order for two-thirds of the public to dislike this guy, they have had to do it all on their own, without reference to the steady media drumbeat of Pissypants' manly ways.
What if the coverage of the corrupt Bush administration truly was "fair and balanced"? Would W. have an approval rating in the teens?

15. "He's not running again..." |
|
Just hope like hell that you don't live to regret those words. With Republican ownership of the voting machines and Bush's obvious displeasure with the Constitution, he wouldn't actuall have to run...
