If the Port Deal is Done in 2 Days, How Can it be Stopped?
Carl Levin on the Lou Dobbs show seemed to say it was up to the repuke leadership to stop it and they are not inclined to. Is there nothing else that can be done? :(

If you doubted we live in a fascist state you should have no doubts anymore. :grr:

suing to negate the contract

some company in Tampa has already filed suit

Dobbs had a spokesman on during his show

5. There are some repugs who are, or will be, totally against this
after the CG info came out, Sen. Collins for starters. It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out.

6. longshoreman strike. Bush can either put a hold on the deal and
let the courts do it or unleash the guard on the shoreman. Nice fight that will be. He would learn the limitations of power real quick. I will personally drive through snow to Anchorage to join a picket line.
