Poll question: How low will Bush's approval go before we finally get rid of him? |
|
After seeing the 34% approval rating today, I wondered how low the slime-in-chief will go before we can finally get rid of him through impeachment of end of term. What do you think?

2. It doesn't matter what his poll numbers are among the people |
|
Only his poll numbers in the House. And those are pretty high.

4. A dangerous suggestion |
|
How about next time Osama looks for a target, he rams a plane into air force one with George on it?

.... will never go below the 30% idiot-contingent, a faction of folks labelled accurately by Mike Malloy.
Really, 30% is the de-facto zero.

8. I was thinking earlier tonight that 26-28% was the cellar, |
|
but that is the lower margin of error or close to it.
So with chaney at 18%, and 30% is equal to zero, can we say he is polling in the negative numbers?

11. I would have thought so too... |
|
But with Cheney at 18%...
eighteen freaking percent
The floor is lower than we thought. I'm not saying that * will get down to 18%, but I can now see him getting below 25%.
He'll blow past Noxon on the way down.
This would all be fun if it weren't for the body count that will drive that number.

6. You should add a slot for... |
|
.."Will not be impeached".
Though I want it to happen, I really do. I doubt it will.

10. I say 20-25% If he sinks that low, and Cheney is already lower than that |
|
then there is definitely a chance that Congress will step up and carry out the will of the American people.
At 20-25%, even Republicans will be more afraid of not getting rid of him (and thus potentially losing a huge percentage of conservative voters) than of pissing off the likes of Rove and the neocon talking heads.

12. Unfortunately, We Won't Get Rid Of Him |
|
Even if we win the house, or Senate, we won't get rid of him.
Unless the will of the people changes dramatically, and he is proven to be truly culpable for impeachable offenses, he will just finish out his office a LOSER!
Which really won't be so bad! If he is any more impotent than he is, then the country won't be ready to elect any other Repukes as quickly, especially ones named Bush.
If he is impeached, then we have to look at who replaces him. And will that person be the frontrunner in an 08 election. It didn't work well for Ford, but it could work well for someone who stood out. Say, a McCain?
