How long have our ports been under Foreign management?

How the hell did I miss that news? Is it because I live in Illinois and not on the coast? Did people who live on the coasts know? Also, I'm just curious....how many China port terminals do we manage? How many of Dubai port terminals do we manage? I'd love to know. Is it a fair playing field?
