The one thing all Freepers have in common -- the thing that makes them Freepers, in fact -- is boiling (usually unmerited) rage. It is the steam from that boiling cauldron that has powered their successes so far.

But once even the dumbest of them wakes up and sees how badly they've been fooled, there's still no chance that any of them will become Democrats. That's because the hottest we ever get is simmering outrage. We hold town meetings, not lynch mobs, and the lynch mob mentality is the only mentality they have. There's not nearly enough hate and cruelty on our side to feed a Freeper.

When the GOP pisses them off enough, they start staying home. But they will never stop grumbling, blaming, hating and mocking. That would be like a leopard changing its spots.
