Anyone else watching C-SPAN coverage of the Senate Port Hearing?
Or am I missing a previously established thread? It's on C-SPAN3.

5. Kennedy challenged negroponte--asking if we really ARE winning--like
Bush said we were. He himmed and hawed--finally said we 'can' win.
but even he did not sound the optimistic bush line (we ARE winning). this was much earlier today.
