This looks like the Saudi way of doing business. You have to go with a Saudi as head of a business and then they take a cut even if you do the work.In other words you can not own it out right or that is how it used to be. I am willing to bet that this is really a big corp. running out of that country to beat our tax and they, that country. take a cut. Big world business really own it. I also bet unions will find their power is cut down in the deal which looks as if it has gone in already. Bush has just told another fib.
