Question about O'Reilly sounbite being played on AAR

So, I'm sure many of you have heard the O'Reilly soundbite that AAR plays where he says something like "Hey baby, get put your pipe down, and get my pipe up" (or something to that effect).

Anywho, I was wondering, is that an actual quote from him????? Did he really say that?
