Seriously. He's probably dropped off the gauge by now.

Anyone seen anything?

1. I haven't seen or heard any polls, but....
on Lou Dobbs tonight there was a guest talking about what the current "events" are doing to Shrub, and what it means for his legacy.

This guest said his #'s are 44% and that's lower than Nixon was just before he resigned. I'm guessing there have been polls, they're just not being released.

2. He is so concerned about *his legacy*.
The legacy of greed, theft, treason and murder.

But he certainly fulfilled Osama's dreams for America. We are weakened, financially strapped, our military demoralized; we've lost two financial centers, 3000+ American civilians, a major port city with countless of its citizens, 2100+ troops, a dozen more of the toughest, most hard-working people in West Virginia due to his willful neglect; we've lost our standing in the eyes of the world.

Anything else he adds to this legacy is icing for Osama and his followers.

3. That's an interesting way to look at it.
And it makes you wonder what team Junior is working for.

4. I wouldn't count on anything dramatic happening.
Even though going to war in Iraq has been problematic, there were enough people concerned about terrorism to re-elect him. I wouldn't be surprised if the same people keep his popularity from dropping over this incident. Might be a nice idea, but I'm not holding my breath.
