...follow the law in requiring the mandatory 45 day review enough to reverse the deal? I mean, isn't there some requirement that the people charged with oversight actually DO their job? Is negligence by government officials any sort of legal grounds to get rid of this deal?

the current 45 day investigation period is just for show. *Co is hoping that the 'merikun peoples attention span will be such that they will have forgotten that this ever happened - 45 days from now.

can the M$M stop the racism and hatred of this deal? Bottom line - Bush has been a fear monger since 9-11. You are either with Bush, or with the terraist. Can M$M convince the USA that the UAE is "with us"?
