1. Depends on how you look at it.
Bush is trying to terrorize us too, so you could almost say they are on the same side.

As there was no War on Drugs, or a War on Poverty.

These are just cute little catch phrases to make the idiots support an ever growing leviathan state.

6. No-one wins -
the war on terror is a set-up, it's not a real war, nor is a war necessary.

But in the terms that Bushco publicly set out - reducing terrorism and making America safer - they're losing. But in terms of making money and consolidating power, then yes, they're winning.
