You Can't Give Back A Bribe
Where in the rules of the House and Senate does it say a Republican Congressman can recall his or her vote?

A bribe, when successfully applied, and they certainly were when given to Republican Congressmen and their staffers, results in action. Actions can not be taken back.

The rich still have their tax cuts and the poor are still paying for them. Usury is rampant. Young people continue to be maimed and killed in an illegal war. Our rights and liberties erode as the maggots feed.

These are things done. They can not be taken back.

1. Right. You pay it forward to charity and take a big tax deduction.
