Bush Looks Pissed, Meeting People Who Don't Agree With Him ---pix->>>

I guess meeting with people who don't agree with him doesn't agree with him.

Former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, left, points at President Bush, right, as they speak, Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, during a meeting with present and former Secretaries of State and Defense in the Roosevelt Room at the White House. Bush is pressing ahead with a public relations offensive on Iraq, bringing a bipartisan group of former secretaries to the White House for give-and-take on the unpopular military mission. 1. How many of those people actually disagree with him?
One or two out of 20?

6. Exactly one. McNamara.
Albright is profiting from Iraq. Wm. Cohen and Wm. Perry did not oppose the invasion. Aside from McNamara, the only former Sec. of State or Defense who has opposed * on Iraq is Warren Christopher... and he is not there.

18. Albright's Oil Investments in Caspian Sea...
Thank you for mentioning Albright's profiting from Iraq War as other former Clinton administration senior staff members are. While it has been interesting they now critisize Bush's "elected" war as they put it, they did so only after the war had been underway for a significant period of time, but not a peep from them before the war. After it was too late.

and they were in the position to know about the lack of WMD's with certainty.

21. That's interesting...
Warren Christopher has been missing from the "radar" screen since Clinton's second term i think. (?) where has he been?

as to the point about the evil ones, bush is now in good company..

Remember Carlucchi? He's in that room too, but then he's never really been that far away i don't think.

24. Warren Christopher
made these comments at UCLA last May:

Christopher said that he agreed with the U.S. response in attacking Afghanistan and the Taliban. "What was not so natural was our attack on Iraq. You couldn't justify that in traditional preemption terms because there was no suggestion that Iraq was about to attack us." The invasion of Iraq also changed U.S. relations with the rest of the world, he said. "Countries around the world will be asking themselves, are we next? Who will be the next country to be attacked in terms of preventive war?"

17. look at those eyes and that angry jaw! I can't decide whether he's sending
whoever it is he is angry at, bullets or knifes, but he sure looks like he wants to obliterate them. contraalteethzahhh lice looks pissed as hell too, in the third picture but cheney looks pleased as hell.

2) is McNamara actually pointing at the evil one, or is he just giving him the finger?

3) WHO in that room disagrees with bush? Even Madeline Albright believes in bombs and bullets, so i don't think she is in disagreement with bush ... and other than that ... COLIN POWELL IS PROBABLY KISSING BUSH ASS MORE THAN EVER given the opportunity to go back into the inner sanctum. The Cohen guy ... he might be more above the frey than most republicans (having served, as he did in the Clinton Administration) but, he still does not convince me.

So ... maybe somebody stuck an upside down tack in bush's chair...i just don't see anyone there who disagrees with him. there is not john murtha, there is not nanci pelosi, there is not anyone who has opposed the war present in that room. they are all breathing the same air, the same oxygen, the same ... oh, how nauseating.

20. And the upshot of this meeting will be . . .
"I met with all the former Secretaries of Defense and State. I listened to them, and we had a frank and open discussion of the situation in the global war on terror. I understood what they had to say, and I know the American people understand that we need to win this war. We can't back down. And we will win this war on terror. Because the war on terror must be won, no question. The American people understand this. And the former secretaries I met with understand this, too. So they all agreed with me that my first job is to protect the American people and I will protect the American people. God bless America."

That is, they will all be co-opted as active aiders and abetters of whatever hare-brained scheme next pops out of the corrupt Bush administration. And they won't be able to deny it, because I'll bet this whole meeting will be classified and its subject matter hidden from public view, so to say they don't agree with Stupidhead will be to expose themselves to criminal charges.
