1. We have to outlaw the DLC first, or we'll get stuck with all the assholes
They'll all suddenly "convert" to "Democrats" like Marshall Wittman or Ed Schultz. :eyes:

14. The DLC is very anti liberal democrat...
in addition, my guess is there will be-- DLC-- democrats that are implicated in the scheme of Jack Abramoff.

2. Um, in a DEMOCRACY, the only way to get rid of a party
is to do it with ballots.

15. But, is our country a true democracy?
Can we as Americans honestly call ourselves a true democracy, when the -Senate and the House - so obviously, vote for the interests of the lobby industry-- instead of ordinary Americans?

11. Why not? No one is above the rule of law
If the Republican Party leadership knew or should of known about Jack Abramoff and other Republican Party operatives, and did noting about it--so that they could gain and an unfair advantage over the Democrats, then the Republican Party itself is part of the fraud by a legal concept called-- Constructive fraud, and so therefore should be outlawed. I am not a lawyer though, so it is just my personal opinion.

6. Wow, this is a productive thread.
A proposal that is uselessy futile at the same time it makes us look like commies. That would be a net loss, I imagine.

Because American-style democracy doesn't outlaw political parties. 'nuff said.

23. They've already made the US an outlaw nation, with the consent ...
... and support of a 'base' who view themselves as 'haves'.

The profile of fascism is absolutely crystal clear ...
