about this. Why those hats. Is he balding? Really, was it some sort of message? WTF?

I have lived where many orthodox Jews wear hats, they wear almost invisible skull caps
or a more traditional hat not a fedora. The resemblance to Boris Badinov of Bullwinkle
fame was disconcerting.
