NSA gave billions of upgrade contracts to some nefarious companies
like SAIC, CSC and DynCorp. Seasoned DUer's and astute readers will be able to connect a few dots regarding this topic. Please add to this thread.

Here's a link to CorpWatch about the CSC/DynCorp contracts. These companies could be implicated in the developing domestic spying scandal in my opinion.

2. NSA awarded a $2b 10 year contract to Computer Science Corporation
in July of 2001. Computer Science Corporation (CSC) sold DynCorp in January of 2005.

NSA awarded SAIC a $282m contract in October of 2002.

Do a search on these contracts and the companies involved, some of the links are copyrighted and can't be reproduced.

3. CSC is Computer Sciences Corporation
My ex works for them, and no, we are NOT on good terms.
A friend used to work for SAIC in Tysons Corner, VA.

This is probably not any help, but just in case...I thought I would contribute what I knew.

4. Thanks for contributing Digit.
The NSA "modernization" program is known as TRAILBLAZER-it has had problems.

This link from washingtontechnology.com confirms the companies involved.

5. Talking about tinfoil has been popular here today
one of the offshoots of SAIC is currently looking for "remote viewers"-I don't want to go offtopic here but this is still possibly funded by our tax money like the STARGATE intelligence program was.
