1. Er...
Were it not for Lamb, there'd be no CSPAN. It's only the most useful channel in the US.

2. True, but that's never stopped him from cutting off liberals
and promoting Rs.

4. Brian is doing fine this AM.
Earlier he did ask for only Pub callers to answer the question "does giving back $$ gotten from Abramoff matter to you?" I actually think that was a good idea. We already know what the Dems would say, and it was interesting to hear what the Pubs had to say.

Now he has a guest on from The Center for Public Integrity who is doing a good job showing how you can track lobbying $$ through their web site.

6. He started the show with "REPUBLICAN ONLY" call ins...His question
was "Should the Republicans clean house?" I would say 9 out of 10 people who phoned in said...YES. The tide is turning.

8. But then referred to them as "the fringe"....
During that segment, he took a call from someone who doubted that Republicans had been calling in at all; that Democrats had been posing as Republicans. The next call was from someone who was pissed at Bush--Brian cut him off, saying something like "You can understand how frustrating it is for a Bush supporter to hear these past calls from people "on the fringes". I don't think the show went as Brian hoped it would.

13. Some BellSouth lobbying problem
Where lobbyists billed Bell South for work unrelated to lobbying and since the billing involved Democrats, that's the story.

Oh, and since libruls are for separation of church and state, why aren't they for separation of corporation and state. Oh god man, pull your head out of your politically labeled ass!!!

And, Edsall, political editor of the WaPo wanting to know 'where's the outrage'!!! Didn't he just write a piece claiming the only people outraged were the lunatic fringe. Good god what a pompous windbag.

And I didn't even watch the whole thing because the rain is knocking out my reception.
