26. Hello folks! My husband and I are going to try and make this!

Right now, we're trying to settle out whether we will be grandparents in charge tomorrow (Saturday) night or not. In about a half-hour, that should be settled.

Will be great to meet with all of you.

Just called the Lucky Labrador and found out they are NON-SMOKING! Hope so, because I am very allergic to smoke and can't even consider being there if it is smoky. Supposedly they don't allow it inside.

38. UPDATE: Viva, we're childfree tonight and will be there with bells on!

We'll probably be the oldest F*ckers in the place -- wife, age 66 and hubby, age 71.

We took the grandkiddos to Tigard this morning to see "Hoodwinked" -- cute animated retelling of the Little Red Riding Hood story with lots of sub-text adult messages. Sort of like "Rashomon" -- the children liked it.

On edit: Did we get to a couple of folks who responded to the "roof message" exchange? I think I heard from Blecht, Oregonian, -- and I can't remember who else. Sorry I didn't have time to run with the message about the meetup, but I've been very busy this week and barely saw the notice yesterday evening... (:-(

I hope you all had as much fun as I did, the range of conversation was incredible, and I'm pretty sure we solved some of the major problems facing our country tonight; however the excellent brews have clouded my memory some.
