Look where the light is coming from. The head of the eagle is the head of the guy 3rd to his right. The wing of the eagle is the head of the guy 2nd to his right. His desk cuts off the shadows of the bodies. Look a the direction of the shadows of the legs of the guy 3rd from his right and they line up with the head of the eagle.
