IMPEACH BUSH? DU this John Birch Society Poll
Heard about this poll on Thom Hartmann this morning:

Should George Bush be impeached and removed from office?

54% Yes, because he lied us into war, has used the NSA to eavesdrop on the conversations of Americans without a court order, and has violated the Constitution in other ways.

20% No, because George W. Bush was justified in going to war and continues to do a good job.

23% No, because even though he has made mistakes those mistakes do not rise to the level of impeachment.

4% I don't know.

You know what to do.  :patriot:

7. Verrrrrrrrrrrrrry interesting.
The Birchers really don't like Shrubby, do they?

I note that they divided the "No" (anti-impeachment) votes in 2, thereby making that 54% in favor of impeachment really leap out graphically. They also seem somewhat upset by the preventive detention business, etc.

Those guys are a whole different species of tinfoil hatters. Unfortunately they seem to have forgotten the basic rule of the tinfoil hat, which is "Shiny side out." As a consequence, their hats are reflecting & amplifying the paranoid delusions festering in their twisted little brains.

22. Did you read what they think about the war and *?
btw 62% yes impeach, but that's what they encourage:

"It's Not Just a Piece of Paper
"A president, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be a leader of a free people." "

Also:

"Bring 'em Home!
The Iraq War is an unconstitutional, unjustifiable conflict devouring innocent lives and abetting the growth of an increasingly lawless leviathan state. It must be ended -- now. "

"Iraq War Fallacies
Proponents of keeping our soldiers in Iraq repeatedly offer the same rationale for their viewpoint. Here, their most often cited reasons are refuted. "

I always said that the extremes at both ends come together like a circle, but this is just too weird. The John Birch Society taking our view. Who'd of thought it?

23. Not so surprising - Bush is not conservative, he's a radical and
is opposite John Birch conservative views on many, many points. They have a few points in common - like anti-labor, anti-poor & minorities, rabid nationalism - but on other basics they are poles apart.
