1. I don't think so, it would be really stupid

With the current mood of the country regarding our last little and ongoing foreign expedition to create a colony in Iraq I don't think people would be so proud of little w and his gang of pricks doing it again.

I really think that another military mission would be greeted with a lot more questions than the last one. At least now the media seems to be a bit more critical of the assholes running this country.

Maybe I should rephrase the title to I hope not though, nothing shrub does that's stupid surprises me anymore.

2. I don't think for that

That's thinking a little too small; and the Abramoff scandal is likely to hit the house more than it hits the President (loyalty to Bush always flows up, not down). On the other hand I can see his followers hyping Iran to distract us from Iraq, the Torture Scandals, the Spying Scandals and so on.

As for whether they will actually take, action, I hope not, but I wouldn't be surprised.
