The conservatives who say that have the responsibility to prove it. Not the other way around.
The very fact that the UN was not going to vote to invade Iraq should prove conservatives wrong.

What is relevant is that the administration KNOWINGLY used lies, forgeries and distortions to promote the war. Whether or not others believed that WMD existed is irrelevant.
