Originally, the plan was a regimented facility to teach discipline to young offenders who didn't have any, young offenders, not teens. Just as beatings generally aren't a part of military boot camps anymore, they were never intended to be a part of youthful offender boot camps. Job training and education were supposed to be included. I didn't know they had turned into these abuse centers, good thing they're closing down if that's what happened. Our country just keeps deteriorating. It's really a culture of excess, from greed to violence, just everything is way over the top.

4. won't be long until these camps aren't just for difficult teens . . . |
|
for adults (you and me), they'll call them "re-education camps", or some such idiocy . . . they just gave KB&R (a Halliburton company) something like $385 million to start construction . . . and that's in addition to the FEMA camps already in existance . . .

5. Anyone here ever read King's "The Talisman'? |

There was a youth home run by a Rev. Sunlight Gardener which was a 'hellish' place. This boot camp reminds me of that home. I wonder if these youthful offenders were compelled to perform any labor?
