I don't understand all this debate about "Gee...this could turn into a civil war, but it's not there yet" bullshit. I don't know if it's a Wikipedia definition yet, but it seems to me that when the internal population is killing EACH OTHER at a rate of 50 or so a day, that defines a CIVIL **cking WAR. What is there to debate...am I missing something here? I heard Bush speechifying yesterday that there is NO civil war, but 95% of the planet knows he is an incompetent serial liar, so his comments are totally irrelevant.
