Rush Limpballs, for claiming on his radio show that the FISA court had turned down the FBI's request for a warrant to search Zacharias Moussaoui's computer, which could have prevented 9/11.

KO really ranted about this one -- of course, the truth was that the FBI decided not to ask for a FISA warrant, even though it's likely the court would have granted one. This isn't the way Rush wanted it to be, though, so he just lied about it, which is why the people who listen to his show live in ignorance.

2. No. Sorry, was trying to type too fast.

The reference was to Zacharias Moussaoui, the guy they busted in MN before 9/11 on an immigration violation. The FBI whislteblower agent, Colleen Rowley, later complained that the FBI wouldn't ask for a FISA warrant even though they'd learned Moussaoui was trying to learn to fly a B-747 simulator but wasn't interested in learning how to take off or land.

I saw this tonight, and it was great. Classic Keith. BUT....

He's got a blog at MSNBC. He's got a staff. It'd be great if he posted a transcript of "awards" like this, maybe with a few links to Rush, the story on the FBI decision not to ask the FISA court...

5. Unfortunately Keith is a bit behind on the blog.

He hasn't blogged in weeks. I think his five-days-a-week schedule on Dan Patrick's radio show is cutting into the time he used to spend doing stuff like this.

I'd like to see him have this stuff on the Web too. It would make it a lot easier to circulate than people always having to make video of it.
