Jean Schmidt is manna from heaven
Not only is she therapeutic (a good puke now and then helps clean out the toxins), but she'll help us immensely in OH-2.

Half the Republicans in OH-2 won't be able to vote for her and won't be able to vote for a Democrat, so they'll stay home...giving us the opportunity to get some good Democrats into the down-ballot offices.

4. Imagine a Yellow Dog Republican
A Yellow Dog Democrat is someone who'd vote for a yellow dog before they voted Republican.

It's inconceivable that such party loyalty exists only in the Democratic Party. You KNOW there are Yellow Dog Republicans.

By "won't be able to vote," I mean that if the Republican is a nightmare candidate, like Jean Schmidt, those people will generally stay home. They won't push the button for the Dem, and they can't push the Republican's button, so they just won't turn out to vote.

3. Your Jean Schmidt sort of reminds me of our Bob Dornan
in California, an idiot, and an embarassment to our state, but nontheless supported by the behind the scenes power brokers who find their candidacies useful for their purposes. Be careful in your optimism, they might throw a slick money and advertising campaign behind her if she is obedient and they feel it's important to keep her in her congressional seat.
