I can't seem to find it now. It basically rated them on how conservative or liberal they were, and listed their votes and their stances. It was themed in red, white and blue colors. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

2. Here's another one:

http://www.ontheissues.org. They don't update it quite as much as I would like, but its pretty comprehensive. You can reference according to candidates and their stances, or by issues and who is for or against them, and with quotes.
