When the rabid, ultra-nationalistic Birchers want you gone, you know you've screwed the pooch! How much longer can the Republican controlled Congress ignore the wishes of The People? I never thought I'd see the day when The John Birch Society and I saw eye to eye on anything. :wow:

2. Still, the toast proclamation is premature. The empire can go on
without Jon Bitch's approval. Or yours.
Since elections are toast, bush continues.

5. Yes, it can...but...
When the entire left AND the farthest vestiges of the right both want him gone, as well as most of the center, what have you got left? Two single-issue groups: the "rapture ready!" group and the people who reflexively vote against Democrats.

Compared to Birchers, freepers look really liberal.

The tide is turning, folks. The tide is turning.

6. What have you left? The empire silly. Approval not needed.
You still tend to think in terms of democracy - that a ruler needs the approval of the governed. That's a thing of the past.

3. 'nothing fails like success when working for the devil!"
see, we were right! and lookit what the grasping nightmares on pennsylvania avenue have wrought...the usa is not even a 'banana republic' (see 'diebolt' lol) but it's a bananapeel republic! and the main ones who you see who have their feet-toes up way up in the air whilst their dumpkoff faces look perplexed just before cracking their noggins on the decks, hahaha. GOE BUSH GOE! should be the featured sign at democratic party rallies and progressive gatherings.....
"the USA= going, going, goon"

4. buzzflash and poll as of now
BuzzFlash has a habit of NOT linking to far-right, racist sites. However, this poll at the John Birch Society has 59% of voters saying impeach George Bush "because he lied us into war, has used the NSA to eavesdrop on the conversations of Americans without a court order, and has violated the Constitution in other ways."

Should George Bush be impeached and removed from office?

Yes, because he lied us into war, has used the NSA to eavesdrop on the conversations of Americans without a court order, and has violated the Constitution in other ways.
63%

No, because George W. Bush was justified in going to war and continues to do a good job.
16%

No, because even though he has made mistakes those mistakes do not rise to the level of impeachment.
18%

I don't know.
3%
