Question On Alito, ABA Rating, Pick/Blue Slip Thing |
|
The "MSM" seems to be spinning that the ABA gave scAlito such a high rating, blah, blah . . . And that Cat-Killer (frist) says that this basically means his confirmation is a done deal, yeah, whatever. But what about a 50-year tradition when lawyers approve/disapprove a nominee to the federal bench, that the giggling murderer discontinued a few months after he stole the office? I forget what that was called, I am not a lawyer, but it seems odd to me that the pukes are touting the ABA rating, when it really doesn't mean anything. Can anybody help me out? Thanks:)
