Bush has not explained Guckert/Gannon operated from the White House?

A long - long time ago there were news reports linking an alleged male prostitute to the present White House since Bush permitted James Guckert to use an unprecedented Secret Service-approved alias (Jeff Gannon) while having access to the White House for two years as a pool reporter serving which Gannon had advertised himself on an internet pornography sites as a male "escort" charging $200 an hour.

Does anyone know what ever happened or if this story was ever truly verified?

Rep's Slaughter and Conyers were working on it I believe. They got records that showed he was there so many times and not during press conferences or any other press related events. He was even there on election night. So why was he there? If this happened in Clinton's term or any other democrat they'd be screaming and crying for an investigation. Hypocrites all of them.
