Got a Xmas card from some relations overseas and the envelope had been opened. :(

4. I know it is. Some man alerted the media because he had received
some mail with the envelope opened and RESEALED with a "Homeland Security" sticker on it!!!!:grr: THIS IS WAAAAAAAAAAY out of bounds!
