1. Abramoff Scandal, implicating who knows how many corrupt Repubs and helping people look for honesty again in politics.

2. Tom Delay up to his armpits in alligators. Who wd have thunk it a year ago?

3. New books and articles out about the 04 election scandal, notably Mark Crispin Miller's book about the stealing of the election, esp about what happened in OH.

4. The NSA spying scandal

5. Increasing activism w/ re to the voting machines in each state

6. lawsuits galore to distract Diebold from its primary aim of stealing elections.

7. THE NEW MEDIA: Randi Rhodes with new celebrity following appearances on C-Span, Ed Schultz on Armed Forces Radio, AAR up to over 80 stations and still growing, etc.

8. Kerry on the verge of making the 04 fraud an actual talking point!!

9. Polls showing Dems will reverse the control in Congress, assuming the votes are counted fairly -- and more chance that some Dem will actually challenge the fraud if he's defeated after leading in the pre-election polling as well as the exit polls
