FReepers cheer pro-war speakers at Murtha, Moran forum; don't see irony
You and I would need tickets and screenings to see W. speak at a campaign rally. You and I would have to be Big Business mucketymucks to hear him lie about the economy in Chicago. You and I would have to enlist and be in uniform to hear him speak about the war. Yet John Murtha and Rep. Moran (no fan here of him; that's beside the point) hold a town hall forum about the war where pro-war speakers were welcomed and were given the chance to state their opinions without interruption. You and I couldn't get to see or hear "our" president, but the FReepers and their ilk don't see the irony in their cheerleading for the pro-war speakers who get to speak at a Murtha/Moran forum. Of course, when you are that obtuse, and ravenously ready to put on the brownshirts and put us dissenters in the camps (or worse), irony is easily missed.

If you can stand the stench, be my guest for a visit: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1553752/posts
