It's 700 tons of conventional explosives being detonated in Nevada to test its effect on underground facilities, i.e. bunker busting.

700 tons is 1,400,000 pounds, there's no airplane in the world that can lift that weight, a fully loaded Boeing 747 weighs 875,000 pounds.
