I HATE using Gods name in vain and have done is very very very few times in my life, but damn this president.

12 soldiers were killed today in a helicopter crash.

Unfortunately it was a UH-60:http://www.news.com.au/story/0,10117,17767283-401,00.html the blackhawk, which I seem to recall had considerable teething problems as it came online with the army. I'm wondering if the extreme conditions there are tough on such a complex machine? I'm also wondering in view of the revelation the other day of a SECRET pentagon study showing personal body armor to be insufficient whether there's some skimping on maintenance and pressure to keep up an unrealistic operational schedule?
