1. Hey, lookit. Screw Lindsey Graham. Any 2 year law school
student knows that "I believe" this or that doesn't quite cut it in a criminal trial. Lindsay Graham and others can go pander their crap elsewhere!

3. and worse...
today he tells us that "Nixon went to jail". Ya know what... I was 4 years old at the time, and even I remember Nixon didn't go to jail.

Dean set him straight, after letting him make a complete moran of himself.

4. Belief...
... is not a system of law. Nor is it a basis for determining actual events.

And those are the only two things which were to be disussed today at the hearings.

5. And Lindsey Graham,
who was so self righteously vocal on why Clinton should be impeached for alledged perjury about sex, thinks it's okay to forgive a Repug President the high crime of violating the Fourth Amendment and his Oath of Office by passing a law to make it legal AFTER THE FACT!

In other words, he's just another rubber-stamp Republican.

And look at the mess we're in. The GOP have acted as they had been assimilated into the W borg.

that republicans by definition are a-holes. for a moment they may seem intelligent but then they revert to
utter a-holism.
