Are you suggesting that people who aren't taking Representative's McKinney's side believe that cops should be able to fuck with people anyplace and anytime without provocation? 8. I agree completely! Cops are always in the right so the accused must...

...always be assumed to be in the wrong and arrested immediately for things as harmless as staring meanly, touching in anyway shape or form including when being grabbed by the cop (See you MADE him/her touch you!), laughing, not hearing the "command", not speaking English, etcetera.

Stoning might help too.
