Let me further explain: has Senator Frist been a failure or a success in his position as Republican Majority Leader? Keep in mind you are trying to be objective here - this is not to be on the basis of whether or not you like him or what he has done, but rather on the basis of how effective he has been in his job. If you were a Republican (Heaven forbid) and you were evaluating Mr Frist as a unifying force in the Senate and an effective leader, how would you rate him?
