The real motivation behind CondiLiar's British visit?
Edited on Sat Apr-01-06 06:44 PM by theHandpuppet
Think about it, folks. CondiLiar is about as popular in the U.K. as a Michigan Wolverine in Columbus. Certainly she wasn't going to win over a hostile British populace by popping by for a Twilight Zone rendition of "Imagine".

Nope, CondiLiar's visit has only convinced me that we're on the verge of attacking Iran. The visit simply provided her a convenient cover to meet with officals and toadies in the House of Blair, just as the Bushreich did prior to our invasion of Iraq.

Be afraid. Be very afraid. "Imagine" that. Our govt really could be that insane.

2. They are that insane, though
For most of us, making important decision involves weighing the pros and cons of an issue, and basing our decisions on those. For this gang, there is no downside. They are raking in obscene amounts of money by suppling arms to whichever nation can afford them, the profit from oil companies to wring out every possible cent from us, and making money via contracts to a select number of companies they control, like Halliburton.

These people will be able to weather whatever shitstorm attacking Iran will bring about. They have become, under Bush, incredibly wealthy, while not having to worry about their loved ones being killed or injured in whichever war the neocons need to accumulate more wealth. No, it's the rest of us who will pay the price with our children's blood, and the Bush regime knows full well that by giving the rich so many tax cuts, it will be our children and grandchildren who will be called upon to pay the debt for the wealthy's tax cuts.

They are not the ones who face the danger, and the horror, of what Bush is doing to this country. Between completely amoral CEOs and the religiously deranged they are somehow kept safe in selling our country out. The fundies are just waiting for Armageddon, and the wealthy can afford to live wherever they wish, and never have to spend a second's worry about how disaster will affect their lives.

4. So have the Brits seen through this charade?
Just wondering if they're getting the same signals we are over here.

7. When we played our charade....ha ha
Yes , I see that Cary and Audrey aka Jack annd Sleezy have now buzzed off on their honeymoon to Irag and I hope that at the very least it rains heavily.

Was she testing the water here - yes probably so. There's not too much doubt here that just as Iraq was an oil based incursion <pricing : not supply> Iran is now on the cards for different reasons the least of which being their nuke policy. Looking ahead my personal view is that the Cabal need the Middle East completely sewn up before they face up to the majority of South America, a somewhat larger land mass, ganging up on them. I'm sure you agreed that overseas policy is all about <supposed> control.

I don't think the UK will join in the fray - just allow the use of some bases here for refuelling if necessary. Even that would meet public resistance.

Our governments are in truth as bad as each other. Climate change is out of context here but as sea levels rise I hope that Diego Garcia sinks without trace given that its inhabitants are now forbidden from returning - forever. That's due to that sneak Tiny Blur.

Back to listening to Bascomb Lamar Lunsford..............
