7. I have discovered that JP Morgan Chase is almost impossible |

to contact on-line. I did however, follow other advice and send it to the State Attorney General and the Feds. Thank you for the advice.

For instance, postmaster@ebay.com.
It lets the website know someone is phising their clients and the webnaster may warn them of the attempt.
