Is Mean Jean Schmidt padding her resume with a phoney degree?
Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-OH) won't leave all the bamboozlement to Kaloogian?

A new elections complaints alleges (and pretty credibly) she said she had a degree she didn't; earlier one tagged her for bogus 'endorsement' by Ohio Rep. Steve Chabot (R-OH).

Schmidt's response: Okay, maybe she never got the degree. But she took enough classes to get it.

The backstory here is that these elections complaints grow out of an inter-wingnut smackdown. The complainant is the Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes, an outfit founded by Schmidt's past primary opponent Tom Brinkman.

in the republican culture of corruption contest. Right when she thinks she's out front another corrupt republican shows her up...And that's hard to do when she's wearing her version of republican bling.
:crazy:

7. No shit. They'd burn a Dem alive for this sort of crap.
With Schmidt however the'll (RNC/Nazis/Rush) back him up and the MSM will run a story or two that barely criticises her then it will drop down the memory hole.

4. Hey Cat !!! - Looks Like She Wimped Out Of A Debate Too !!!
<snip>

An Anderson Township debate between Congresswoman Jean Schmidt and congressional candidate, Bob McEwen, has been canceled due to Schmidt’s refusal to take part. The debate was scheduled to take place Wednesday, April 19, at the Mercy Healthplex in Anderson and was to be hosted by the Anderson Township Republican Club.

Reports stated that Schmidt backed out of the debate, but Schmidt’s campaign team said she never agreed to the debate to begin with. “We didn’t just back down. We never said ‘yes’ to begin with,” said Schmidt’s campaign manager Allen Freeman.

Freeman said Schmidt’s campaign team was informed that the debate had been scheduled and the location where the debate was to take place. However, arrangements were not made with Schmidt prior the scheduling of the debate.

McEwen’s campaign team said that was not so in a March 28 press release.

“The debate, sponsored by the Anderson Township Republican Club, was moved from April 5 to April 19 at the request of Schmidt’s staff,” it said in the press release from Michael Harlow, spokesman for the McEwen campaign.
