One of the most conservative stations in the country WLW does the play by play ....
my local air america station in Columbus covers the Reds too .... so I went
from Al Franken to Marty Brennaman kissing bush's ass ... "the crowd here showed
their support of the President by giving him a warm welcome."

bush goes from one staged photo op to another .... he doesn't even try to pretend that
he works. The play by play guy already said that * will have time to stop by for a chat on the
air.

Especially in that area - lots of jobs lost under *'s "leadership" :eyes:. I'm surprised they could find very many supporters.

And to have him throw the first pitch - seriously bad karma, as has already been mentioned. It may stick with the team for the rest of the season...

4. Still a few Kool-Aid drinkers here in Cincinnati

There are less than before, though, by a noticeable amount. We're one of the few ballparks in which he could pull off an appearance, I'm sorry to say. The ballpark is about a 5-minute walk from my office. I'm keeping my distance - scared of the huge IQ black hole from *'s presence.:scared:

Even in Cincinnati they have to cover his ass. In St. Louis @ a Card's game and @
@ NASCAR event I have heard that canned cheers are played to cover up the hate
for the man.
