Opinions on Cntr for Constitutional Rights & Michael Ratner?

I watched a great show hosted by Amy Goodman on CSPAN-2 this weekend. The CCR has published a book entitled Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush. It really seems to put everything in one place & was great to listen to the CCR representatives.

At one point, an audience member stood up & yelled at Ratner. I couldn't make out what he was saying, but did some Googling and apparently Ratner is an investor with his brother in a company that is planning to build a new stadium in Brooklyn & is trying to take people's homes through eminent domain.

Anybody know anything more or have an opinion on this?
