...I don't know how you do it on a Mac, but on a windows P.C., play the video and freeze it on the part with the Calender, then hit the "Print Screen" button.

Then, open up PhotoShop (or something similar), click File> New> and then Edit> Paste.
Then crop out the other screen stuff.
Then save it as a jpg, and then upload it to the web, then post the link to a post here (or e-mail it to someone who has space on the web to do it.
