Like...you'd really need about 144 slices on the "Wheel 'O Corruption" to cover the situation comprehensively.

is to try to fit the point you are trying to make in one or a couple of panels and still have the audience "get it"
my partner has an ostrich view of politics and it's impact - although over the past couple of years I've gotten her to pull her head out and take a look around. But - I still find myself having to explain some of the cartoons and what they reference....
