is the Daily Show segment I just streamed. McKinney made a complete ass out of herself with the "Inappropriate touching and stopping of me, a Female. Black. Congresswoman" comment.

I'm sorry, but McKinney needs to shut up, stop treating Capitol Hill police with contempt, and stop being a distraction at this critical time. Nobody cares - or nobody should care - about her petty little issues with the CHP. We should be focused on other things.

She is telling them she wants to talk, but when she shows up, she says she can't talk except to the extent that she accuses the police of being racists.

If she really believed she shouldn't talk about this case, she wouldn't be talking about the racist genesis of the incident. People will assume that she's being selective in her account because the full account will not serve her.

You're right, Soledad isn't the one putting McKinney on the spot; she's doing it to herself.
