7. Predates the Bugman by decades
It was childish in the 60s when I first heard it; it's still childish.

It'd be like if John Kerry were to refer to his colleagues as "Goopers" on the Senate floor.

the republicans not knowing how to speak properly. Who gives a damn. Call me what you want, just don't call me late on election day :bounce:

Once Democrats are in control of the House and Senate, republicans won't get so much air time and then we can make funny names up for their Party and we can watch them get all jumpy mad and wet their paints.

They're the idiots who don't know what Party we're from, we should be laughing at them  Ha ha Democrat Party, poor little republican, doesn't know much now does he?

edited, sigh, grammer

12. Call them Publicans
Publicans: Freelance tax collectors who operated in their own towns and districts, among their own people, for the occupying Roman government. There were two classes of publicans, the "chief of the publicans" such as Zacchaeus (Luke 19:2), and the subordinate publicans who worked for them (Luke 5:27, 15:1, 18:10). As well as often being viewed as traitors, some of them were very corrupt, being little more than extortionists, and as such they were generally hated by the public. Not all were that bad, or remained that bad, however; Matthew, also known as Levi, one of The Twelve Apostles, was a publican when Jesus called him. (Mark 2:14).
