The other post on Bush and Nuclear Arsenal reminded me of this.

I've heard - from AAR - that Dead Eye Dick is the person who is carrying the Nuclear Codes. Has anyone else heard about this? I can't find anything in Google.

pretty quickly if there wasn't seen to be someone with the "football" hovering around Our National Blivet. That said, is it a fake football?
