Why do the Pugs pick on kids and not CEOs for unjust compensation?

The other night The Cobert Report had Michael Smerconish, talk radio host from Philly who occassionally fills in for O'Reilly.

Smerconish is peddling a book about how PC things are, like giving kids awards for "participation" rather than accomplishment.

BUT WHERE THE HELL ARE THESE GUYS WHEN CEO'S MAKE TENS OF MILLIONS FOR RUNNING COMPANIES INTO THE GROUND?????
