ATTN: This is how you defeat the annoying web/e-mail msg law

The law resides on "intent". You have to "intend" for the "subject" to see/read/hear/obtain the annoying message/email/web site page. Therefore, so long as you intend for them to NOT see it, you can say/post whatever you want. The trick is this:

Post a message on the board/website SPECIFICALLY addressed to that person. When they fail to ever respond, you can present that failure to respond as evidence that they are not viewing that board/web site. After they fail to respond a few times, you've established very conclusive proof that they do not view that board/web site. You are then free to post what you want, and have a clear audit trail indicating that you are fully aware that they do not view the board/site. Therefore, you clearly do not qualify under this law since the law requires the subject to see it and requires that you intended it for them.
